Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS

If you purchased a product directly from Better Home Trends at betterhometrends.com and are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, you may return the product within thirty (30) days after the product has arrived. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit all the documentation to support@betterhometrends.com and then send the product to the following address. Please note that the product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to return your product, please contact Customer Service at support@betterhometrends.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the product (with prominent indication of the RMA) to Better Home Trends (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions).

Once the Product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return, and will reimburse you for the price you paid for the returned product (excluding all shipping costs) no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of our receipt of such returned product accompanied by the applicable RMA.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange any product that has not been used within fourteen (14) days of the ship date. To be eligible for an exchange, you must promptly return the product to us, and the product (and all documentation) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

In order to exchange any UNUSED product, please contact Customer Service at support@betterhometrends.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the Product (with prominent indication of the RMA) as provided in our shipping instructions. You must also clearly indicate which product you would like to exchange it with so we can send you a link to buy the product and refund the original product. Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether or not it qualifies for an exchange. If you have elected to exchange the product for other products, then we will fill your order as soon as we can.

EXCLUSIONS

Our policy regarding returns and exchanges lasts for thirty (30) days and fourteen (14) days respectively after the date when your product was delivered. If you have exceeded that window, unfortunately we will be unable to provide you with an RMA and will not offer you a refund or exchange. We may refuse to offer you a refund or exchange if you fail to deliver the product to us within ten (10) days after your RMA is issued. Products that are shipped to us without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for all costs incurred in shipping your product to us, as well as any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. You must use a trackable delivery service and/or purchasing insurance to cover your risk (you must send us the tracking number once shipped). Even if we have issued an RMA, we will not issue any refund or make any exchange for products that are not received or that are damaged in transit.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company or bank, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@betterhometrends.com.

INVALID REASONS FOR REFUND

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot honor returns or exchanges due to the following reasons, if we want to continue offering great value at Better Home Trends. 

(1) You no longer want the items 

(2) You found items cheaper somewhere else 

(3) You did not receive the item as you provided incorrect/improper or misspelled shipping address.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

(1) Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

(2) Your order tracking states the your package has been delivered even when you state otherwise.

(3) Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Better Home Trends.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped (cancellation MUST be within 30 minutes after you placed the order). You will have to wait for the product to be delivered and then send the product back with a tracking number (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and customs fees). Once we receive your item then we will issue you a full refund minus 20% restocking fee and charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
